A creative proposal for KFC that reimagined traditional onboarding as a social-first digital experience. Rather than looking like a conventional learning platform, the concept borrowed visual cues from social media, using playful layouts, vibrant branding and bite-sized interactions to create something that felt modern, energetic and unmistakably KFC. As Art Director, and working with a Learning Designer who came up with the concept, I developed the visual language and user interface, exploring AI-assisted character concepts and crafting a cohesive design that brought the proposal to life.
The proposal needed to demonstrate how a fresh visual approach could appeal to a younger, digitally connected workforce while remaining true to the KFC brand. My challenge was to translate the creative concept into a polished, engaging interface, using playful layouts, vibrant branding and bite-sized interactions to create a compelling vision for a modern onboarding experience.
