Hi, I’m Zillah

A Brighton-based graphic designer, illustrator and visual storyteller.

I help organisations communicate complex ideas clearly through design. Whether it’s an interactive learning experience, a strategic publication, a presentation deck or a piece of campaign collateral, I turn complicated information into beautiful content people can understand, engage with and remember.

I’ve been working in design for more than 26 years and freelancing for the last 8, creating work for organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, Sky, the NHS, Diageo and Macmillan, in collaboration with studios, learning designers and content specialists. I love taking a rough brief, a dense document or a half-formed idea and turning it into something clear, polished and visually engaging. My work spans art direction, editorial design, illustration, presentations and digital experiences, but the thread running through it all is the same: helping people connect with information in a more human, memorable way.
