This is Me: Championing Disability and Neurodiversity was designed to bring real colleague experiences to the forefront of Lloyds Banking Group’s inclusion training. My role focused on the art direction and interface design of the experience, creating a visual approach that worked seamlessly with filmed interviews, photography and personal storytelling while staying true to the Lloyds Banking Group brand. You can view the experience here.
The experience needed to feel warm, human and authentic while still working within a large corporate brand and meeting high accessibility standards. Working with real employee videos, photography and first-person stories, my challenge was to create a design system that supported those voices without overwhelming them, balancing clarity, sensitivity and visual consistency throughout.
I used the Lloyds Banking Group brand as a foundation, building a clean, accessible interface around the human content so that the filmed stories and portraits remained the focus. Layout, typography, colour and supporting graphics were all designed to feel calm, polished and easy to navigate, while accessibility considerations such as subtitles, controls and clear visual structure were integrated into the experience from the outset rather than added later.
